Onion Oleoresin is an effective product obtained from the nature through the process of solvent extraction of the freshly obtained onion bulbs. The extracted oleoresin has a dark brown, viscous liquid that has a characteristic odor peculiar to onion, but tastes slightly sweet.  Onion Oleoresins find the use variety of alcoholic and soft drinks.
