Lemon Hydrosol is obtained after the steam distillation process of the lemon plant. The hydrosol obtained through distillation has quite a light floral note and smells like the broiled artichokes. The hydrosol has an awesomely natural lemony and spicy taste. This hydrosol lacks any type of phototoxic property as the overall content of essential oil used is far less. As the result, the hydrosol is primarily used during the summers. Lemon Hydrosol is useful in therapeutics and aromatherapy as well.
