Kokum Butter
Kokum Butter is obtained from the distillation of natural plant products grown on Garcinia Indica. The butter is known for its typically slender earthy aroma. The butter also has got brown and yellow coloration with a unique marble texture. Kokum Butter has immensely high smoothness, and therefore it is flexible and elastic in nature. The butter can be directly applied on to skin surface to enhance its tonality. The butter also finds extensive use in cosmetics.
Common Uses: With its relatively high melt point, Kokum Butter liquefies slowly at skin temperature making it ideal for use in lipsticks and lip balms. It is also used in bar soaps, body butters, creams and conditioners. It is more quickly absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy feel, and due to its uniform triglyceride composition, it is often used as a substitute for Cocoa Butter.

Safeguards Against the Product Use
- Try to keep the butter in cool and dark place as it is fragile and susceptible to melt.
